How do I book a session?+

Choose a service on our Book Now page, pick a date and time, and submit your request. We confirm most bookings within one business day and hold your date once a deposit is received.

Is a deposit required?+

For most sessions, a non-refundable deposit reserves your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date, unless another schedule is arranged.

How soon will I receive my photos?+

Standard delivery is 5–10 business days for headshots and branding, and 3–7 business days for real estate. Events and multi-day projects vary based on scope.

What's your cancellation and reschedule policy?+

You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session within 90 days.

Do you travel?+

Yes. We're based in Jacksonville and cover all of Northeast Florida. Travel outside a 30-mile radius may include a small travel fee.

Do you offer monthly content packages?+

Yes. Our Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages give growing brands, ministries, and firms consistent content each month at a predictable rate.

What forms of payment do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Invoices can be paid securely through the Pay Invoice page.
